Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been a long time patron of Firestone and I never had any issues. All representatives are helpful regarding the work which my vehicle needs. They explain my options and answer my questions. Today, Jason (Service Manager) and Isaiah were great. Thanks.

My family has been going to firestone for some time now. My recent visit to this location is probably the best encounter and customer service I have received from any firestone or repair shop. The staff was just super friendly and time sensitive. Thorough vehicle inspection with detailed explanation on problems and solutions. I am customer for life

I wanna start my review off saying that I had a really good experience at Firestone. I want to start first with scheduling; it was very nice. I ended up having an issue where I had to reschedule the day of, and when I called, they were very nice and so sweet and rescheduled me for the day that worked for me. The gentleman on the phone was very sweet and very kind, and when I came into my appointment again, the gentleman at the front desk I was helping me get everything together for my car services was also very sweet and very transparent about the pricing and breaking down how much things cost, which I really appreciate as a woman. I will say the price was very reasonable, and I would definitely be back. Great service. Great customer service overall, a good experience.

This place was really a life saver, I was just getting off work and they were able to take me at the very last minute for a spare tire change, my car was literally touching the ground, I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and speedy car service, the employees and the manager were very friendly and welcoming, and I was able to get service right away!!
